GMNAHN member Alyson Leon represented our chapter at at a workshop hosted by the UW - Oshkosh Women's Center. Alyson spoke on healthcare leadership. Through a grant received from the American Association of University Women, they have launched the "Titan LeadHERship:Inspiration to Action" initiative. Their efforts aim to close the gender leadership gap in "pink collar" fields. Alyson took part in a panel discussion her career trajectory to nursing leadership as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
